When required lines will be numbered. We can follow all of your formatting requirements. What do you do when a word cannot be heard? Sometimes this does happen, depending on the audio quality sent to us. We have equipment that can sift through the background noise and catch the audio the majority of the time. However there is that occasion where we just cannot hear what is being said. In those instances we can do one of two things, we can simply place "(unintelligible)" in the sentence or we can place "(unintelligible)" along with a time stamp so that you may go back and listen to the audio yourself to try and catch the word. Sometimes as the person who actually recorded the audio you may remember what was said once you listen to it again. This is an instance where your experience comes into play as well. |
